NOT ISSUED LITTLE SHEET "Flowers from the Post" ANK No. (19) from 2007!
The stamps were to be issued with flower seeds attached under foil. However, as these were not germinable, the issue was withdrawn!
The stamp will be handed over to an expertiser of the Association of Austrian Stamp Experts (VÖB) for examination and you will receive it with a current photo certificate.
