Corner piece of the rare postage stamp for the "70th birthday of the Dalai Lama" from 2005 with the imprint in the circle "FRANKATUR-UNGÜLTIG". Born in 1935 and winner of the 1989 Nobel Peace Prize. Only a few copies of this preliminary draft were produced for testing purposes. A final version was not implemented. Very rare!!! ANK No. (16 a.) From 2005.
