The block of ten stamps of 55 cents each with a flower motif, on which seeds of various flowers, such as the emperor's carnation, toadflax, snapdragon, etc., were applied under transparent foil, was planned for issue on 2 May 2007 under the motto "Plant a stamp, harvest a bouquet of flowers".
However, as the flower seeds used could not germinate, the project was considered a failure and the issue was withdrawn.
Only very few imperforated pieces are known!
The stamp will be handed over to an expertiser of the Association of Austrian Stamp Experts (VÖB) for examination and you will receive it with a current photo certificate!
