The miniature sheet will be submitted to a certified examiner from the Verband Österreichischer Briefmarkenprüfer (VÖB) for verification, and you will receive it with a current photo certificate!
The block of ten 55-cent stamps, featuring a flower motif and with seeds of various flowers such as carnation, flax, snapdragon, etc., under transparent film, was planned for release on May 2, 2007, under the slogan "Plant a stamp, harvest a bouquet." However, as the flower seeds used were not viable, the project was deemed a failure, and the issue was withdrawn.
