In my opinion, this stamp (see color image) is genuine and has been signed by hand by SEITZ.
The stamp has original gum verified under a quartz lamp, with minimal traces of adhesion and some natural gum crazing. It shows various minor plate flaws, particularly in the upper right corner rosette and in the letters "ÄM" of the word "STÄMPEL".
The piece is narrowly margined on the left, fully margined on the right and bottom, and has surplus margin at the top.
This is a fresh MAGNIFICENT SPECIMEN!
